​1322 E12 is a four story mixed-use building on the up and coming 12th St corridor, close to downtown, at the northwest corner of East 12th and Angelina streets.

 

The site consists of a 46,000 square foot, four-story building fronting 12th St, covered surface parking accessed from the alley and an engaging streetscape designed by Studio Balcones.

 

The building consists of approximately 8,500 square feet of commercial tenant space on the ground floor and approximately 30,000 square feet of residential condos above. The 24 residential units, 10% of which are affordable units, consist of a mix of one bedroom, two bedrooms, and efficiency units, spread across the upper 3 stories.
